Here are some frequently asked questions about working at Dream Books Co.

What would my schedule look like?

Most of our team works Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. We are trialing 3 and 4 day workweek options. For certain departments and positions, we offer flexible schedules.

What is the dress code?

We require closed-toe shoes as you’ll be working near machinery and equipment. Don’t wear anything that may offend others. Company tees, shorts or pants, and sneakers are always a safe bet!

Do you offer pay raises and promotions?

Yes, our pay raises are based on individual, team, and company performance assessed twice each year. We have lead and supervisor positions available and base pay is adjusted annually.

How large is Dream Books Co. and is there a lot of turn over?

We current have 20 people at our company. Five people were hired within the last year, nine people were hired within the last two years, and six people were hired over two years ago.*

What would my job day-to-day look like?

Our work is in a fast-paced environment and safety is our top priority. Different departments manage different processes such as sorting, receiving inventory, and shipping orders.
