About this Position at Dream Books Co.:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our Fulfillment department. This entry-level position involves processing and shipping orders to ensure our customers receive their books promptly and accurately. No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
-Entry-level position. No experience is required.
-Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
-Organizing inventory and building pallets (MUST be able to consistently lift 20-40 lbs).
-Ensuring the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and safe.
-Assisting with inventory management and restocking.
-Work is in a warehouse environment.
-Full-time shift: 4-day/5-day work week schedule to be determined.
-We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis for this position.
Profile Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED.
-Previous experience is not required, but preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
-Ability to operate basic computer functions such as word processing.
-Physically able to stand for extended periods of time.
-Physically able to meet the requirements of the position such as lifting 20-40 lbs.
Compensation:
Starting pay is $18.81 per hour. This position's pay range is $18.81 to $20.69 per hour (eligible after 30-day performance review).
