About This Position at Dream Books Co.

We are looking for someone to own how material leaves our warehouse.

We process a high volume of books, media, and other materials every day. Your job is to decide where it goes, whether that’s wholesale, direct sales, or community distribution.

This is a revenue-focused role where you’ll decide how material is sold, distributed, or used. You’ll make decisions on pricing, product mix, and sales channels, including evaluating whether live selling (eBay Live, Whatnot) is worth pursuing.

You will operate as the wholesale function of the company, working closely with the Partnerships team, who bring material in, while you own what happens after it arrives.

This role is for someone who can make decisions quickly, test and adjust based on results, and take ownership of outcomes.

A background check is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

-Own how material leaves the warehouse across wholesale, direct sales, and community distribution
-Support and grow LibroLoop, our wholesale marketplace, by moving material, improving listings, and building buyer relationships
-Evaluate and develop sales channels, including marketplaces, wholesale, and potential live selling
-Set pricing, product mix, and channel strategy based on demand and performance
-Identify new revenue opportunities
-Lead and evolve the Educators Program (free books for teachers)
-Expand community impact through partnerships and targeted distribution
-Use data to evaluate sales channels and product mixes.
-Refine Operational Flow: Feed market insights back to the Warehouse and Partnerships teams to improve how material is sorted, priced, and moved.

Profile Requirements

-Experience in e-commerce, resale, wholesale, or similar
-Strong instincts around product value and demand
-Familiarity with online marketplaces
-Comfortable making decisions and adjusting based on results
-Able to build relationships and work across teams

Compensation

Starting pay is $23.23 per hour
