About this Position at Dream Books Co.
We are looking for a creative and organized Contract Social Media Coordinator to help manage and grow our online presence. The coordinator will plan, create, and publish content across social platforms, focusing on storytelling that connects with our community. This is a contract, part-time position that offers flexibility and meaningful work with a purpose-driven brand.
Key Responsibilities
-Plan and execute a social media content strategy that reflects our mission and seasonal themes
-Create photo, video, and written content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
-Schedule posts and maintain consistent branding and tone
-Monitor analytics and track performance metrics such as engagement and reach
-Stay current with social trends and creative ideas relevant to our audience
-Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages
-Collaborate with the leadership team on upcoming campaigns and initiatives
Profile Requirements
Your Goal: Build awareness, grow engagement, and strengthen our online community through thoughtful content.
-Understanding of social media platforms and current trends
-Experience creating short-form videos and visual content
-Strong writing and communication skills
-Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
-Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Contract Details
-Contract, part-time position (10–15 hours per week)
-Pay range: $20–$23 per hour, based on performance
-No company benefits included
-Flexible schedule with weekly check-ins
