About the Department Lead Role:
-An entry-level position that welcomes candidates with prior experience to apply
-Perform hands-on material handling, including receiving, sorting, and staging shipments
-Operate warehouse equipment and assist with inventory organization and movement
-Engage in hands-on learning and training to cultivate fundamental leadership abilities
-Collaborate with diverse teams across different departments, gaining valuable insights into our operations
-We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis for this position
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED
-Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory; our comprehensive on-the-job training ensures your success
-Intermediate computer literacy, including word processing skills
-Physical ability to stand for extended periods and meet the demands of the position (lifting 20-40 lbs)
Schedule:
Full-time shift: Monday - Friday | 3:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Compensation:
Starting pay is $22.19 per hour. This position's pay range is $22.19 to $24.30 per hour (eligible after 30-day performance review).
