Position Overview: Join our team as a Community Outreach Associate at Dream Books Co. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse community organizations, schools, and libraries to enhance literacy initiatives and ensure exceptional client support.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Prior experience in community outreach or related roles is advantageous
- Passion for literacy and community engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and strengthen relationships with community organizations, schools, and libraries
- Promote Dream Books' services and literacy initiatives
- Act as a liaison between Dream Books Co. and partner organizations
- Oversee the delivery of services to community partners
- Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to develop and execute outreach strategies
- Provide exceptional client support and address partner inquiries
Schedule: Full-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate community engagement activities.
